September: Featured Meal Dessert

Peach Cinnamon Crisp
and Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients

4 peaches (4 cups sliced)
2 tablespoons butter
¾ cup quick-cooking oats
½ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Slice peaches.
  3. Melt butter.
  4. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except peaches.
  5. Place peaches in 9-inch baking pan and spread oat mixture on top.
  6. Bake 20 minutes.

Yields 6 servings
